With 1:1 coaching, you’ll receive bespoke running and strength programming with full communication, mentoring, and support.

Every element is tailored exclusively to you — your goals, your lifestyle, your race performance. I’ll be by your side every step of the way. Suitable for all levels.

    • Personal Mentorship: Direct, hands-on coaching and guidance from me throughout your journey.

    • Biomechanics Assessment: An in-depth analysis of your running economy, stride, and movement patterns.

    • Tailored Training: Custom running and strength plan designed to improve performance, enhance weak areas, and achieve your goal.

    • Nutrition Support: Bespoke macronutrient targets and guidance to fuel peak performance and recovery.

    • Race Week Preparation: Tapered programming, fuel & carb-load strategy, and mindset support to ensure you run your best race to date.

  • £100 per month on a rolling subscription

    Minimum 3-month commitment to ensure results.

How it works

We’ll start with a consultation to discuss your training-related circumstances, needs, history and goals.

01 Initial Assessment

I’ll build your individualised training plan. Each week is constructed to achieve an optimal balance of stress and recovery in line with your needs and capacity.

02 Individual Plan

Alongside running coaching, I’ll provide exercises and drills to help improve running-specific strength and mobility.

03 Strength & Mobility

With a treadmill running video, I can analyse your technique and offer advice to improve efficiency and reduce risk of injuries.

04 Technique Advice

A 30-minute check-in call is provided each week to share feedback, discuss progress and prepare strategies for any upcoming races.

05 Continual Support

If you have any questions (big or small), just contact me via WhatsApp or email and i’ll get back to you ASAP. We can talk anything through or make real-time adjustments to the plan whenever needed.
