How I Coach
I’ll build your individualised training plan. Each week is constructed to achieve an optimal balance of stress and recovery in line with your needs and capacity.
1. Initial AssessmentWe’ll start with a consultation to discuss your training-related circumstances, needs, and goals.
2. Individual Training PlanWith a treadmill running video, I can analyse your technique and offer advice to improve efficiency and reduce risk of injuries.
3. Strength & Mobility TrainingAlongside running coaching, I’ll provide exercises and drills to help improve running-specific strength and mobility.
4. Technique Advice
A 30-minute check-in call is provided each week to share feedback, discuss progress, set goals and to prepare strategies for any upcoming races. I also encourage athletes to provide feedback on their daily training.
5. Continual Support
If you have any questions (big or small), just contact me via WhatsApp or email and i’ll get back to you ASAP. We can talk anything through or make real-time adjustments to the plan whenever needed.
